Full delivery teams. From discovery to production.

Senior product, design, and engineering pods who own the work end-to-end. Not bodies billed by the hour — outcomes against a roadmap, shipped from Mexico in your time zone.

01 · Why this exists
[Team photo — delivery pod review]
Monterrey, MX.  A four-person delivery pod in week-three review — placeholder, client to confirm.

Most agencies sell you a deck. Most offshore shops sell you hours. We ship the system behind the deck — and stay long enough to operate it.

Delivery pods that look like an internal team because they work like one: PM, designer, engineers, QA in one room, shipping every sprint. Quarterly reviews against the outcomes you signed up for — not a velocity dashboard.

02 · Industries we ship for

Nine industries. One delivery muscle.

We serve markets where customers typically don't find solutions that suit their needs — and where the cost of shipping the wrong thing is highest.

03 · Delivery disciplines

From discovery to ops, under one pod.

Eight disciplines, one delivery lead. No agency hand-offs. No integration of three vendor outputs. The disciplines that make a build feel inevitable instead of negotiated.

01

UX / UI analysis

Research, IA, flows, design systems. The work that makes the build cheaper.

02

Development

Web, mobile, native. The stack you're already on, or the one we'd pick next.

03

Support

Live issues handled by the people who wrote the code — not a separate L1 queue.

04

SCRUM

Two-week sprints, working software every Friday. A demo against outcomes, not velocity.

05

Testing & integration

Unit, integration, E2E, load. Test automation that ships with the feature, not after.

06

Implementation

Rollout planning, data migration, cutover. The unglamorous work that defines a launch.

07

Maintenance

Versioning, security patches, dependency upgrades. The system stays alive after launch.

08

DevOps

CI/CD, observability, infrastructure-as-code. The platform under the product.

04 · Why nearshore

A deck is not a system. We ship the system. And stay long enough to operate it.

Operating since 1995. Backed by Grupo Open — managed IT, datacenter, and software services for Mexican enterprise customers for three decades.
01

Time-zone alignment, not handoff

Mexico hours overlap entirely with US working hours. Stand-ups happen in real time. No offshore "we'll catch up tomorrow" cycle.

02

Outcomes, not hours

Fixed-price discovery. Fixed-price phases after. We carry the over-run risk — it's the only way the incentive math actually aligns.

03

US contract, Mexico operation

You sign with a US entity, in US jurisdiction. We absorb Mexican labor, tax, and HR complexity — including USA Corporate Insurance for general, professional, cyber, and crime liability.

04

30 years of operating muscle

Backed by Grupo Open's track record across managed help desk, datacenter, application support, and software development for Mexican enterprise customers since 1995.

Three quarters in. Two iOS releases, a full backend rewrite, no escalations to my desk. They run like an internal team — because they are one, just on a different floor.

07 · FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the call.

The same six we hear every week. If yours isn't here, the discovery call answers it in fifteen minutes.

01 How is a delivery pod different from staff augmentation?

Staff aug places individuals into your team; you run the work. A delivery pod is a self-contained team that owns an outcome — PM, designer, engineers, QA — with one accountable lead. We carry estimation risk, on-call, and replacements internally.

Most teams pick a pod when the work needs to ship end-to-end without your team running the show day-to-day.

02 Do you do fixed-price work or time & materials?

Both, in sequence. Discovery is fixed-price (2 weeks, flat fee). The shape we ship at the end either becomes a fixed-price phase for the first 3–6 months, or a monthly pod retainer for ongoing work.

We don't sell open-ended T&M. It misaligns the incentives.

03 Can you join an existing build mid-flight?

Yes. A one-week code-and-context audit replaces the discovery sprint, and the pod is producing inside two weeks of signature. We've taken over half-built mobile apps, distressed re-platforms, and a stalled marketplace rebuild this way.

04 Who owns the IP and the code?

You do, from the first commit. Standard work-for-hire IP assignment in the MSA. Code lives in your repo, not ours. The pod commits under your GitHub org with their own user accounts.

05 What stack do you work in?

Web: React, Next.js, Node, Python, .NET, Go, Ruby on Rails. Mobile: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter. Cloud: Azure, AWS — we're partners in both. Data: Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake.

If your stack isn't here, ask. We staff to the work, not the inverse.

06 What happens after launch?

Two paths, you pick. The same pod operates what it built — incidents, iteration, on-call — at a reduced rate. Or we transition ownership to your team over a quarter with a written runbook and pairing time. Most clients take the first path for at least a year.

Have a build in your head? We'll shape it on paper in two weeks.

A 30-minute call gets you a written discovery proposal: scope, sequence, pod, fixed budget. If a delivery pod isn't the right shape, we'll point you to who is.
