01 Azure or AWS — which are you deepest in?

Both. Microsoft Solutions Partner in four specializations — Infrastructure (Azure), Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation, Business Applications. AWS Advanced Tier Partner. We're not a single-vendor shop pretending to be neutral.

If your estate is GCP or a mix, ask — we'll be honest about depth.

02 How real is the 22% FinOps savings number?

It's the trailing twelve-month median across our FinOps engagements, year-over-year. Rightsizing, reserved-capacity, and dead-resource cleanup account for most of it. Architectural changes (replatform to serverless, storage tiering) account for the rest.

We publish a methodology document on request. The proposal sets a written savings target you can hold us to.

03 Can you take over a migration that's already in flight?

Yes — it's roughly a third of our migration work. A two-week handover audit gets us oriented in the landing zone, runbooks, and remaining wave plan. We've taken over post-Accenture, post-internal, and post-stalled migrations this year.

04 Do you handle 24×7 on-call after migration?

Yes. SREs integrate into your existing pager rotation or run a separate one for managed workloads. Mexico timezone alignment means primary coverage is in US business hours; we staff the off-hours rotation from the same team — not a different one in another country.

05 How do you handle cloud security and compliance?

Engineers work in your tenant, your identity provider, your VPN. Access is RBAC-controlled and logged. Landing zones follow CAF / Well-Architected baselines. SOC 2 Type II program is in place; we run HIPAA-ready engagements for healthcare clients.

06 How does billing work?

Assessment is fixed-price. Build and migration phases are either fixed-price or monthly pod retainer. Operate phase is a monthly retainer. We don't take resell margin on Azure or AWS consumption — your bill flows direct from the cloud provider.

Cloud bill rising, partner silent? We're talkative.

A 30-minute call gets you a written assessment plan: estate snapshot, wave plan, fixed cost for the first sprint. If your estate is healthy, we'll say so.
