Six shapes. One talent pool. Pick what fits the work.

Same nearshore engineers, six commercial shapes — from a single embedded senior to a 50-person captive team. Most engagements start as staff aug or a delivery pod and graduate from there.

01 · Each shape, in detail

Same people. Different commercial frame.

Every engagement draws from the same 700+ engineer pool in Mexico. What changes is how we shape the contract, the team, and the accountability — so the work matches the way you operate.

01

Individual senior engineers embedded inside your existing team and standups. You manage the work; we handle Mexican employment, benefits, equipment, and retention.

02

Your dedicated team in Mexico — your processes, your tools, your name on the org chart. We absorb the legal, payroll, real-estate, and HR overhead so you keep operational control without standing up a foreign entity.

03

Full-team delivery — discovery, design, build, ship. We staff a self-contained pod (PM, designer, engineers, QA) accountable to roadmap outcomes against milestones, not billed hours.

02 · How to choose

Different problems, different shapes.

Pick the row that matches what you're trying to do. The dots show which shapes are a strong default fit — multiple usually work, and most engagements graduate over time.

Most engagements start as one shape and graduate. A staff aug placement becomes a pod; a pod becomes a captive; a captive layers in cloud and data work.

03 · Common ground

Different shapes, same operating discipline. Thirty years of it.

Operating since 1995. Backed by Grupo Open — managed IT, datacenter, and software services for Mexican enterprise customers for three decades.
01

US contract, Mexico operation

You sign with a US entity, in US jurisdiction. We absorb Mexican labor, tax, and HR. Includes USA Corporate Insurance covering general, professional, cyber, and crime liability.

02

Senior, not surplus

Engineers placed because they fit the work, not because they were the next name on the bench. Every placement starts with a written fit memo.

03

Same-hour overlap

Mexico hours cover every US time zone in real time. Stand-ups happen live; no offshore "we'll catch up tomorrow" cycle.

04

Credentials customers verify

Microsoft Solutions Partner across four Azure-aligned specializations. AWS Advanced Tier with Connect and Lex specialization. ITIL-aligned operations.

04 · FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the call.

The four we hear weekly across shapes. If yours isn't here, the discovery call answers it in fifteen minutes.

01 Can I mix shapes — say, staff aug plus a delivery pod?

Yes — and most accounts do. A typical pattern: two staff-aug engineers ramp first (week one), then a delivery pod spins up for a discrete product line (week six), then a captive absorbs both as the relationship matures (year one+).

Single MSA, single point of contact. You don't re-paper for every new shape.

02 How do you price across the shapes?

Staff aug, captive, help desk — fully-burdened per-seat, monthly. Software pods — fixed-fee against a roadmap milestone, with a monthly cap. Data & AI / cloud projects — scoped fixed-fee for discovery, T&M for build, fixed-fee for managed run.

Every proposal shows fully-burdened cost. No markups on equipment, software, or travel.

03 Who owns the IP across all of these?

You do. Every shape uses a work-for-hire assignment in the MSA — code, designs, models, documentation, derivatives. We retain rights only to our own pre-existing tooling and methodology.

Engineers and pods work inside your tenant (your GitHub, your AWS / Azure account, your ticketing) — not on vendor infrastructure.

04 What's the smallest engagement you'll take?

One engineer, month-to-month — that's the floor. We don't have annual minimums on staff aug. Delivery pods start at four people for ~12 weeks. Captive centers start at eight seats. Help desk starts at two L1 agents on US business hours.

If your need is smaller than any of those, we'll tell you on the call — not after a proposal.

Tell us the work. We'll tell you which shape fits.

A 15-minute call gets you a written engagement plan: shape, scope, timeline, fully-burdened cost. If we're not the right call, we'll point you to who is.
